Commerce Up in Claude and ChatGPT

In Claude: open Settings → Connectors, find "Commerce Up" and press Connect. If it is not listed, use "Add custom connector" with this address:

In ChatGPT: find "Commerce Up" in the Plugins directory and connect it.

While connecting you sign in to Commerce Up, choose which store the assistant sees and allow access. Without an account you can create one on the same screen.

• get_store_overview: a summary of the store (address, platform, widgets and campaigns that are on).
• get_performance_summary: traffic for the last 7, 30 or 90 days (visitors, page and product views, add-to-cart actions).
• get_store_doctor_report: the latest Store Doctor report and what to fix first.
• start_store_doctor_scan: a new Store Doctor scan of your own store (admins only).
• list_growth_recommendations: pending or applied growth recommendations.
• list_campaigns: your campaigns with views and clicks in the last 30 days.
• create_campaign_draft: a draft campaign (admins only; publishing happens in the panel).
• scan_public_storefront and get_public_scan_result: a speed and product-page check of any public store address, without an account.

• "How did my store's traffic in the last 30 days compare with the month before?"
• "According to my Store Doctor report, what should I fix first?"
• "Draft a top bar announcing 20% off this weekend with the code WEEKEND20."
• "Check the mobile speed and product pages of www.example-store.com."

Revenue, order counts and rates calculated from orders are not sent to the assistant. Neither are your site visitors' email addresses, phone numbers, names, IP addresses or visitor ids, nor your team members' details. See section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

Remove the connection in the panel under My Account → Security → AI connections, or in Claude's or ChatGPT's settings. For help: [email protected]
