Which plan includes it?expand_more

It is included in the Advanced and Enterprise plans and is not sold separately.

How do I add a form to my site?expand_more

Three ways: a permanent link (short link and QR code included), a one-line embed snippet, or publishing it directly as a landing page.

What happens when a visitor drops off?expand_more

On multi-step forms the partial response is saved and the visitor can be emailed a link to resume. Analytics shows which step they left on.

Can I push responses to another system?expand_more

Yes. Webhooks are signed and retried six times with increasing delays on failure; you can inspect delivery history and resend by hand. Slack, Discord, Zapier and Make connect by pasting a webhook URL. A REST API also lets you pull forms and responses.

How is KVKK handled?expand_more

Search responses by email and export them as JSON, delete them or anonymize them. Set a retention period per form; expired records are deleted or anonymized daily. Spam protection uses a honeypot plus optional reCAPTCHA.
